Find the advice moment
Kayak reads consented salary, card, loan, savings and policy data, and finds meaningful, data-driven reasons to start a financial planning conversation. Every moment shows its reasons and its source.
Innovation in insurance-led wealth. Kayak finds the moments in a bank's own data for compliant advice across protection, savings and investment, connects each customer to the right adviser or journey, and keeps the relationship growing long after the first sale.
A concept and research by Colm McLoughlin, drawn from his experience as an industry executive, regulated adviser and insurtech founder. Kayak is a point of view, not a software product for sale.

How Kayak works
Find the advice moment, turn insight into advice, and protect the value of the relationship long after the sale.
Kayak reads consented salary, card, loan, savings and policy data, and finds meaningful, data-driven reasons to start a financial planning conversation. Every moment shows its reasons and its source.
Kayak prioritises the opportunities, explains each customer's situation in plain Arabic or English within the market's rules, and triages them to the right adviser or advice journey with the full brief.
After the sale, Kayak watches the whole relationship: servicing needs, lapse risk, and the next protection, savings or investment need. Every play reports what it earned, including how much more of the customer's wealth the bank now holds.
Value: extra policies in force, deferred commission kept, a larger share of the customer's wealth, adviser hours saved.
Cost: Kayak, plus the adviser time the play uses.
The signals are already in the bank. Kayak joins them only where the customer has consented, and every moment shows which source it came from.
Sample plays · Abu Dhabi
Two plays for the same customer: one that turns a salary signal into advice, and one that spots a policy at risk and helps the customer keep the cover they chose.
Works with your AI agents
Large banks are building their own agents for service and operations. Kayak is designed to sit behind them, so the assistant your advisers already use knows the moments, the rules and the evidence.
In development: an open connection for a bank's own agents and tools.
How it fits together
Data the bank already holds, the rules of each market, the plays that turn moments into advice, the channels that deliver them, and the outcomes the bank can measure.
